Chowberry Foundation has participated in global events ranging from advisory roles, knowledge sharing, speaking organization and exhibitions. These events provide a platform for our organization to share its experience and expertise with food system actors and stakeholders across the world.
These events also provide great exposure to the work that we do attracting partners and collaborators we have gone on to work with to accomplish the shared vision of an equitable food system to improve the human condition while preserving our planet.
International Events
A polar scientist, a robotic suit designer and an eye specialist who wants to save millions of people from going blind are among 10 innovators from around the world who have won Rolex Awards in the 40th anniversary year of the programme. Other winners have projects as diverse as technology to stop hunger and conservation initiatives to save species and habitats.

ROLEX LAURATES UNVEILING – GENEVA 2017
Rolex philanthropy held a special event in Geneva to unveil the 2016 Rolex Awards Winners from the Young Laureates category to the Rolex community across the world.
The event featured presentations and short speeches by the Young Laureates and an exhibition showcasing projects from the awardees.
The Ceremony was marked open by the CEO of Rolex with a speech expounding on the work Rolex Philanthropy is doing around the world.
Barilla and Food Tank partnered on Insieme Day to bring 40 North American Food and agriculture experts together to discuss ways to make the food system more environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable.
